Is it possible to pause the SaaS instance subscription?

After your hosted instance has been canceled, we will delete the data and settings on it in accordance with data protection regulations. It is not possible to pause the service, as this would incur costs on our part.


Alternatively, we can create a backup for you that contains all data and settings. We can then import this backup to your new instance at a later date, so that your new system is in the same state as it was when the backup was created.
