Zammad has offered an internal reporting tool since the beginning. This is included in the open-source version as well as in the "Plus" version of the hosted setup.

Until now, we have primarily focused on enhancements around Zammad's core: ticketing. However, the requests for more customized reporting became more and more.

Now, there are no limits to the creation of reports! This is because Zammad's in-house integrations with professional reporting tools round off the previous range of functions.

Starting with the new version, it will be possible to access Zammad information via Elasticsearch from third-party systems. So you can create extensive, individual reports from tools like Grafana/Kibana:

The Elasticsearch access settings can be found in your Instance under Admin area → Integrations → Elasticsearch (only available for "Plus" users).
