- To what extent may I offer my customers the OpenSource version of Zammad?
- To what extent can I charge for my services?
In general, you are allowed to use and distribute Zammad without restrictions. As Zammad is an open source product, there are no license fees, whether you are a company hosting software or a private user. As long as you follow the rules of AGPL V3, you can do anything with Zammad. However, you must comply with Zammad's trademark policy (see: https://zammad-foundation.org/policy/ ).
It must always be obvious to customers that you are not developing Zammad yourself or that it is "your product". You are not allowed to call yourself "Zammad expert" from a distance, as this would be misleading for customers.
