What is an “initial assessment”?

Our Enterprise- and Corporate-tier subscribers will receive an initial assessment as part of their support contract.

During the initial assessment, we will gather information about how Zammad has been deployed on your systems. This allows us to do two things:

  • preemptively address any potential issues in your application or database configuration, and
  • more quickly diagnose and resolve bugs you encounter in the future.

Prior to the initial assessment, you must have your own instance of Zammad set up and ready to go. If you need help with the installation and configuration process, we also offer on-site consultations to determine what sort of infrastructure is best suited to your needs, and then help you put it all in place.
