With, the corresponding contact (if available in Zammad) is automatically displayed directly in the interface for incoming calls and stored in the team telephone log. The necessary search is performed in the background and includes all contents of the Zammad database, including contact history or e-mails. In addition, the outgoing call number (CallerID) can be adjusted based on the call destination - useful, for example, to suppress the call number for outgoing calls or to define a defined number for international calls.
