You can proceed as follows to cancel your instance
(regardless of whether it is still a trial version or already a subscription version)
1. Admin-Area
In the Admin area, go to System --> Subscription --> Billing. Here you click on "Yes, please cancel my subscription"
2. Confirmation
You confirm the cancellation by entering the instance name.
3. Remaining usage
In the upper area you can now see how long you can still use your Zammad instance.
4. Undo cancellation
If you should have decided not to cancel your account after all (That's great!). In this case just click on:
