With this release, we’re continuing to evolve Zammad both technically and functionally, laying the foundation for new capabilities in the future.
Why new tariffs?
Since our launch in 2016, we’ve kept our pricing stable while Zammad has continuously grown 🌱.
With version 7.0, there will be no automatic price increase. Instead, we’re introducing new, enhanced tariffs – for new instances and for existing customers who choose to benefit from these additions.
Important to know upfront:
Your current plan and pricing remain unchanged as long as you don’t make any changes. There is no action required at this time.
What do the new tariffs offer?
The new tariffs (V2) come with additional capabilities:

More included storage across all plans 💾

For Plus & Professional: free choice of data center location 🌍

Optional AI features, available based on usage (usage-based billing, pricing to follow) 🤖
Switching to a new tariff is entirely optional.
If you decide to switch, your entire subscription will move to the new pricing structure. Please note that switching back will not be possible.
