The standard payment methods are SEPA and credit card. The invoices for your hosted Zammad instance will be generated automatically. You can find your invoice in the Zammad interface --> System --> Subscription.
As the creation of an individual invoice involves manual effort, the following minimum turnover requirements must be met:
- annual payment: minimum 1.000€ turnover per year or
- monthly payment: minimum 250€ turnover per month.
