A Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the right and duties of the Parties regarding the processing of personal data ("processing activities") between your organization and us ("Zammad GmbH"). It defines the rights and obligations of both parties with respect to the processing of personal data.
In order to create a "DPA", you can simply contact our support team at enjoy@zammad.com. We will then immediately send you your contract with all the necessary information on the subject of data protection and the technical and organizational security measures (TOM's) contained therein.
