Does a support contract include help with installing & configuring Zammad?

As a support contract customer, you are entitled to a limited number of service requests per year; i.e., issues that you need help with from our staff. Some minor configuration issues may qualify as valid service requests, but a comprehensive walkthrough of how to deploy Zammad on your systems is beyond the scope of our support contracts.
