Enterprise- and Corporate-tier subscribers:

- migrations from other platforms (like Zendesk or OTRS)
Corporate-tier subscribers only:
- professional "no worries" system updates (executed by or with us)
Finally, the following services are not covered by support contracts, but are available separately for an added fee:

In case you intend to implement more than one Zammad instance, we provide discounts for multiple instances (sub-contracts). "Sub-Contracts" can only be signed in the same or lower support-tiers than the main contract.
