This training is aimed at Zammad administrators and teaches you how to confidently use the Zammad toolbox and its basic functions, as well as he diverse configuration options of the system. We prepare you for the administration of the daily Zammad operation.
The workshop duration is 2 x 8 hours on two consecutive days. Our trainers have many years of Zammad experience and can answer all questions during the training.
A Zammad test instance (hosted) will be provided to you during the training for testing purposes and for participating in exercises.
Following the successful completion of the training, a participation confirmation will be issued.
