You have just registered a test instance and received a welcome email.
As with all software solutions, there is a recommended procedure (customer journey) for testing, basic configuration and implementation. We want to provide you with the best possible support and give you a few important tips on the further process below:
1) Under the “Dashboard” of your Zammad instance you will find a tab with “First steps”
2) Register for a Zammad demo webinar or book an individual demo presentation
3) Try to develop an individual test scenario based on the insights gained in the demo.

4) Once the evaluation phase has been completed, the implementation phase usually follows
