The Knowledge Base is a new feature which is available for free in the community version.
Of course the Knowledge Base is also available for our hosted customers (Professional and higher). However, there are some differences between the versions:
- In the Plus version, the feature is fully available. It is possible to translate articles into several languages.
- All Professional subscriptions can also use all functions of the Knowledge Base, but only with one language.
